State of Alabama vs. Michael Lane Cross- Charged with Capital Murder

Baldwin Legal Investigations (B.L.I., Inc.) services were first engaged in June 2013 at the request of Attorneys J. Sweet and J. Hart. Since that time, investigators at B.L.I., Inc. have spent countless hours pouring over the case files provided to us during Discovery. Moreover, our investigators have traveled to the crime scene and examined the area in detail. The Defense Team has recently added L. Diaz as our Mitigation Expert. We believe that as we draw nearer to trail, we will be assembling the strongest defense possible. Michael Lane Cross remains incarcerated in the Baldwin County Jail at this time.
